Due to a handful of vendors either joining us at Xmas in July last minute or other ones now unavailable to attend, I am asking everyone to confirm their information and that they received event details.
Day of Details
Volunteers & vendors can start arriving at 11am to help setup. Official setup & arrival time is 2pm. Asking everyone to have their cars unloaded by 3pm and the cars moved to either the Charlie Daniels’ Lodge or the main office parking lot. Xmas gift bags will be available for raffle donations that are smaller than 6in x 8in x 2in. If you have a vendor tent, please bring it. Even if you do not require it, we maybe able to use it for another vendor or to just provide shade for attendees. Electricity will not be provided unless previously arranged before May. If possible, please provide your own table, chairs & table covering. There are very limited tables available.
