Our goal is to get t-shirts made for the volunteers to wear. Would only be one color. Possibility of having “Volunteer” on the back.

Volunteer Jobs
Assemble kids free gifts: There are 100 mini stockings that need a wristband & candy candy stuffed inside them.
Event setup (Thursday): Tables need to be setup and arranged, and trashcans setup.
Event setup (Friday): Put table coverings on the tables, display holiday decorations, and rearrange tables as needed.
Event breakdown (Friday): Remove holiday decorations, table & chairs folded and empty trashcans.
Event cleanup (Saturday): trash check, bathrooms cleaned, tables & chairs put away
Parking (The Angelus volunteers): Previously volunteered and assisted in parking cars at The Angelus.
Parking attendant: Report to the experienced parking volunteers, also hold a stocking to accept cash donations going to The Angelus.
Entertainment Director: One individual who will coordinate with the DJ, performing groups and organized games.
Kids’ Connection: Come dressed fun & crazy, sole job is to engage with children and join them in dancing or any other activity that they see a child needing company.
Xmas in July Raffle table: Collect names and assign raffle ticket numbers.
Roaming volunteer: Picking up trash as needed and emptying trashcans.
